ORDINANCE NO. 80-10-2012
AK ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF CENTRAL PAVING OF PADUCAH,
INC., FOR RESURFACING TENNIS' COURTS 1N STUART NELSON PARK, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH RESURFACING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Central Paving of
Paducah, Inc., for resurfacing tennis courts in Stuart Nelson Park, for the sum of
$13,213 . 00; said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications
and advertisement for bids as was authorized by Order 'passed- by the Board of Com-
missioners on August 26, 1980 and as contained in the bid of Central Paving of
Paducah, Inc., dated the 9th day of October, 1980.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
a contract with Central Paving of Paducah, Inc., for the resurfacing authorized in
Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract docu-
ments heretofore' approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3.- The purchase price for said resurfacing shall' be charged to
General Fund Account No. 5125.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication of titie'and'a'certified:summary thereof.
