AN-ORDINANCEAUTHORIZINGTHE TRANSFER OF -$15,155.76
TO THE PAXTON PARK GOLF COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Paxton Park Golf Commission is the recipient of
Bureau of Outdoor Recreation .Grant -No. 2100520 in the sum- of $15,155.76, and
WHEREAS,- the grant,funds are payable to .the City of Paducah.
NOW, - THEREFORE, BE ,1T ORDAINED BY THE. CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION,, 1, The ,City Treasurer is hereby .authorized to transfer
to the Paxton Park. Golf,, Commission- the sum .,of. $15,155...76 -which -was. received
by the City pursuant to a grant for Paxton Park
SECTION -,.2. - -This expense should. be charged to Account .No. 9094.
SECTION. 3.. An emergency is..hereby, Aeclared to exist. due to the
imminent need of the Paxton Park Golf Commission of the above mentioned
funds and this ordinance shall be effective immediately upon passage at one
meeting.
