ORDINANCE NO. 80-10-2001
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AMENDMENT TO THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS OF
PADUCAH, LOCAL 168, INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to execute an amendment to the collective bargaining agreement by and
between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and Professional Firefighters of Paducah,
Local 168, International Association of Firefighters, covering the period from
July 1, 1980 through June 30, 1983; said amendment to contract is attached here-
to and made a part hereof as if set out in full herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
