ORDINANCE NO. 80-8-1970
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 "NONCIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES
GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Subsection (a) of Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service Employees.
Generally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended
and reordained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
'!Section 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) the monthly or, hourly rate of compensation of the following noncivil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposit the design-
ation of such employment, upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years .of service
in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager.
