ORDINANCE NO. 80-10-1995
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER
THE SUM OF TEN THOUSAND'DOLLARS ($10,000) TO GROWTH, INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to transfer the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) to Growth, Inc.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to General Fund Account
No. 9094, Contingency Fund.
SECTION 3. Growth, Inc., has been delayed in receiving funds
from other sources and is in need of current operating cash and therefore
an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall be effective upon
reading at one meeting and publication in full.
