ORDINANCE NO. 80-10-1994
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
TREASURER JO PAY THE _SUM OF $2,594.50 TO ALLAN ,RHODES FORD 8 HONDA,
FOR REPAIRS TO A CATERPILLAR .,FRONT END LOADER, AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY TO EXIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY _THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be, .and they are hereby,
authorized and, _directed to pay the sum of $2,594.50 to Allan. ,Rhodes Ford & Honda,
for repairs to a Caterpillar front end loader used by the Refuse Department.
SECTION 2. That General Fund Account No. 3509 shall be charged with
the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. That Ordinance No. ,80-5-1917, authorizing this, payment to
Whayne Supply Company, be, and it is hereby, repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 4. Due to this payment being authorized to Whayne Supply
Company instead of Allan Rhodes Ford, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and the reading of this ordinance at two separate meetings is hereby suspended.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon _passage by the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
