ORDINANCE NO., 80-9-1987
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH ORIC N6.* 1 OF McCRACKEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY, TRANS-
FERRINGSANITATION DISTRICT -OPERATION, ASSETS, -AND LIABILITIES -OF- SAID SANITATION DISTRICT
TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS -1 by recent annexation, the City of Paducah has annexed a large
portion of the area making up Sanitatio"n District' No. 1 of McCracken County, Ken-
tucky boundaries and service area, and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to furnish sanitary sewer service
to the customers of" Sanitation District No. 1 of McCracken County, Kentucky,-, and
WHEREAS, it 'Would economically unfeasible for the Sanitary District No. 1
of McCracken County, Kentucky, to exist for the sole purpose of serving the customers
within its boundaries lying outside the-City'limits of the City of Paducah.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY- OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. -that the Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized
