ORDINANCE NO. 80-9-1979
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO„AN AGREEMENT WITH, PADUCAH, HIGHLAND„ TERRACE,, LTD., TO. CONNECT
TO THE STATE_ OF. KENTUCKY, SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM,
WHEREAS, Paducah .Highland, Terrace, Ltd,. plans to build, an..apartment
complex on Old Friendship Road, -,adjacent to the._City of Paducah, and „
WHEREAS,. Paducah Highland Terrace,, ,,Ltd,., is in need of sanitary. sewer
service for its apartment complex, and
WHEREAS, the
,City
of Paducah is willing to
allow
Paducah Highland
Terrace, Ltd. to tap into
the
City of Paducah sanitary
sewer
system.
NOW, THEREFORE, . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City, Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to enter into an Agreement with Paducah Highland Terrace, Ltd.. to
connect_ to the State of ,Kentucky Sanitary, Sewer System servicing the new
vocationa-technical school adjacent to Old Friendship Road.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid Agreement is. attached hereto and by reference
incorporated, herein, and all terms and. provisions thereof are approved.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be. read on two separate days and. will
be effective upon publication in full.
