AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO -EXECUTE AN AIRSPACE -
USAGE AND PERMIT AGREEMENT WITH; THE PADUCAH-MCCRACKEN. COUNTY RIVER -
PORT AUTHORITY TO'_PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A --CONVEYOR. BRIDGE OVER
SOUTH FOURTH STREET WITHIN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the, Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on; behalf of
of the City an Airspace Usage% and Permit. Agreement with the Paducah -McCracken
County Riverport Authority, granting -permission; to said -Authority -toconstruct a
conveyor bridge over South Fourth"Street within the City of Paducah; Kentucky. A
copy of said Agreement is attached -hereto. and --made a part hereof as if set out if
full.
SECTION '2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication in full
