AN ORDINANCE CREATING`:SECTION"10-13-(d), ""CIVIL SERVICE", TO
THE CORE. OF ORDINANCES -0 F THE --CITY` OF PADUCAH," KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY" OF PADUCAH:
SECTION.:1. '-That .a new' "section,- -Section""10-13 (d) be' and. -"it- is hereby,
created to read as follows:
"(d) . Notwithstanding any other provisions' of°the Code of Ordinances
of the city of Paducah, any person placed under Civil Service subsequent to the
effective date of this ordinance shall hold seniority rights under. Civic: Service,
effective with- the --date the employee is`pha"ced-:under .the Civil'. Service ordinances
by the Board of Comm[ssioners..of'the City- of Paducah".
SECTION 2.' This ordinance shall be introduced and read at. two separate
meetings and shall become effective upon publication in full:
