AN' ORDINANCE' CREATING SECTION 20 -56 -'OF THE -CODE .OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,,KENTUCKY, ' PERTAINING TO` A PENALTY
FOR LATE PAYMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:'
SECTION 1. That Section 20-56 be, and it is hereby, created to. the
Code of Ordinances of the City` of -Paducah,.- Kentucky; so that said- section. shall
hereafter read as .fd lows-:
Sec. 20-56. Penalty for late payment.
If'the license fee or tax required by this. Article is not paid before
the applicable date, as set forth in Section -20-55,. there shall be added thereto
a penalty of $5.00 'for passenger- vehicles and trucks and $2.50 for motorcycles".
SECTION 2. This ordinance ha -II be read on two separate days
and will be effective upon publication in full.
