ORDINANCE NO. 80-8-1957
- AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ANGELS OF MERCY, INC., FOR PROVIDING
AMBULANCE SERVICES TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, 'KENTUCKY, FOR A PERIOD
OF THREE MONTHS FOR THE SUM OF $6,250.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. _That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and- directed to enter into a contract with Angels of Mercy, Inc., for providing
ambulance services to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, between the period of
July 1, 1980 through September 30, 1980. The aforesaid amount shall be payable
in three (3) monthly installments of $2,.083.33 each, which shall be made by the
10th of each month to the office of the Corporation. The City further agrees to
lease to the Corporation the City's ambulance at a rental rate of One Dollar ($1.00)
per month during the ,term -,of the -contract.
SECTION ?: That: Federal; Revenue Sharing Account No°. ' 6677 shall be
charged. with the ,aforesaid expenditure. s ,
SECTION -3. Thisiord,inance shall:be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication. of title and -a certified summary thereof.
