ORDINANCE NO. 80-7-1953
AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THAT THE CABLE COMMUNICATIONS CONSULTANT
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BE_ INCLUDED, UNDER THE CITY'S GROUP
HOSPITALIZATION AND SURGICAL INSURANCE PLAN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Cable Consultant for the City of Paducah be included

under the hospital and surgical insurance group plan provided for full-time employees
of the City of Paducah and that the Cable Communications Consultant be given the
option of obtaining an individual or family plan protection.
SECTION 2. Any expenditures made under this ordinance should be charged
to General Fund ` Account No. 6540.'
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read at two meetings and become
effective upon publication.
