ORDINANCE _ NO. 80-7-1949
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80-6-1927 BY ADDING THERETO
THE SUM OF $2,500.00 FOR- PAD-UCAH-McCRACKEN COUNTY- PARAMEDIC PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the -Board -of Commissioners of the Gity-of Paducah,- Kentucky,
now desires to establi-sh an appropriation for the,the Paducah -McCracken County
Paramedic Program in the. City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, no appropriation -for said Paducah -McCracken County Paramedic
Program was authorized in the apportionment ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT- ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE .CITY OF PADUCAR, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. .80-6-1927 be, and it is hereby, amended
by adding Account No.- 6598, Paducah -McCracken County Paramedic Program to
the apportionment Ordinance for the: City of Paducah-,,;: for the period of July 1, 1980
through June 30, 1981, for the total sum -of $2,500.00.-
SECTION
2,500.00.,SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 80-6-1927 be, and it is hereby, further
amended by reducing Account No. 90-94, -Contingency Fund, by the amount of- -
$2,500.00.,
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to- exist and this ordinance- shall
therefore be. introduced and remain- on file for public inspection for at feast one
week --in, the -completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and
if adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
