PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-52 "Alcoholic Beverage Administrator" of the Code of
Ordinances be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall
hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-52. Alcoholic Beverage Administrator.
(a) The person appointed as the city alcoholic beverage administrator for the
City of Paducah shall be paid at the following listed rates upon satisfactory completion of
consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. This ordinance amends an ordinance originally adopted January
1, 1951, and last amended by Ordinance No. 79-6-1733, adopted June 12, 1979.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of July 1, 1980.
