ORDINANCE NO. 80-7-1932
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT TO PADUCAH WATER
WORKS THE SUNI { OF $2,502.38, FOR INSTALLATION OF A NEW SIX INCH WATER
MAIN TO PAXTON "PARK 'GOLF COURSE '
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF' THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City pay the invoice of Paducah Water Works
the sum of $2,502.38, for installation of a new six inch water main to Paxton
Park Golf Course.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said installation shall be charged
to General Fund Contingency Account No. 9094.
SECTION 3. Pursuant to" KRS 84-00b(3) and KRS 89390 (1) an
emergency is hereby declared to' `exist`and the requirement for read-ing'of this
ordinance at two separate'meetings' is hereby suspended and this ordinance
shall be effective immediately upon `passage by the Board of Commissioners.
