AGENT FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH UNDER THE DISASTER RELIEF ACT OF 1974
VIIHEREAS, federal financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act
of 1974 (Public Law 93-288) requires the City to name an agent in order to
obtain financial -assistance, and k "
WHEREAS, the Boar. d- of Commis-i~oners of the City of Paducah, "' Ken:,
tucky, feel that- .Assistant City Manager- Carl Holder, Jr. is the appropriate person
to be the City's agent:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,- KENTUCKY: -
