ORDINANCE NO. 80-6-1925
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO GRANT
-A PERMANENT AND PERPETUAL EASEMENT TO CLAUDE YOUNG, FOR THE RIGHT -
AND PRIVILEGE" TO CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN AND USE' A TEN FOOT STRIP' OF LAND
IN STUART NELSON PARK AS A DRIVEWAY
BE IT ,RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE'C TY_OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and 'they are. -hereby,
authorized 'and .directed to grant a permanent and perpetual easement to
Claude- Youn9., for -a: -strip- of land ten feet in width in Stuart Nelson Park, to con=
struct and operate a drive way and all necessary appurtenances, for a sum of
One Dollar '(°$1.00)_ per 'annum.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid easement is attached hereto and,by reference
incorporated herein, and all terms and provisions thereof are approved.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
