ORDINANCE NO. 80-5-1916
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 10-49, DEPART-
MENT OF FINANCE OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ORDINANCE, BY CREATING THE POSITION
OF ACCOUNT CLERK AND DELETING THE POSITION OF CLERK TYPIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 10-49, Department of
Finance of the Civil Service Ordinance be, and it is hereby, amended by deleting
the positions of Clerk -typist (4 positions) and creating the positions of Account
Clerk (5 positions), at a salary of $636.00 per month.
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Sub -section (a) of Section
10-49, Department of Finance of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
be reaffirmed and reordained.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect and
retroactive to May 1, 1980.
