AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION AMENDING SECTION 77 OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE - 1976,
SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Com-
mission on April 21, 1980, entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL
REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT
OF SECTION 77 OF THE PADUCAH.. ZONING ORDINANCE - 1976", be approved as
the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That Section 77 of the Paducah Zoning Ordinance - 1976
be, and the same is hereby, amended and reordained so that said Section as
amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Section .77. Schedule of fees, charges and expenses. .
A schedule of fees, charges, and expenses, and a collection pro-
cedure for appeals from the Board of Adjustment action, variances
and conditional use permits is hereby established. No action shall
be taken before the Board of Adjustment or Planning Commission
unless or until preliminary charges have been paid in full.

Application for Home Occupation 10.00
Application for Site Plan 10.00
Application for Parking Layout 10.00
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause,
the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and
intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision
hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put
upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
