ORDINANCE NO. 80-5-1911
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
AND CITY TREASURER TO PAY THE SUM OF $4,702.54 TO KENTUCKY MACHINERY,
INC., FOR REPAIRS TO THE D-14 CRAWLER TRACTOR USED ON THE LANDFILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager and City Treasurer shall pay to
Kentucky Machinery, Inc., the sum of $4,702.54, for repairs to the D-14 Crawler
Tractor used on the landfill.
SECTION 2. That General Fund Account No. 3509 shall be charged
with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. Pursuant to KRS 84.000(3) and KRS 89.590(l) an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and the requirement for reading of this
ordinance at two separate meetings is hereby suspended and this ordinance shall
be effective immediately upon passage by the Board of Commissioners.
