AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTIONS 1.0-53 AND
10-60 OF ORDINANCE NO. 80-4-1895, "CIVIL SERVICE" .,OF_ THE, CODE OF_ORD17
NANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That sub -section (a) of Section 10-53, Refuse Department,
of the Civil Service Ordinance be, and it is hereby, amended by deleting the
position of laborer therefrom.,
SECTION 2. That sub -section (a) of Section 10-60, Department of
Vehicle Maintenance, be, and it is. hereby, amended by adding the position of
Vehcile Maintenance Attendant to said department, at a salary of $5.58 per hour.
SECTION 3. That all other provisions of sub -section (a) of Sections
10-53 and 10-60, "Civil Service" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, be reaffirmed and reordained.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
