ORDINANCE NO. 80-4-1895
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTIONS 10-52 and
10-60 OF ORDINANCE NO. 80-4-1892, "CIVIL SERVICE" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That sub -section (a) of Section 10-52, Street Department
Generally of the Civil Service ordinance be, and it is hereby, amended by deleting
the position of Tire Repair Attendant therefrom.
SECTION 2. That sub -section (a) of Section 10-60, Department of Vehicle
Maintenance, be, and it is hereby, amended by adding the position of Tire
Repair Attendant to said department, at a salary of $5.96 per hour.
SECTION 3. That all other provisions of Sub_section (a) of Sections
10-52 and 10-60, "Civil Service" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, be reaffirmed and reordained.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect and
retroactive to April 1, 1980.
