A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS FOR PARTS TO REPAIR A 1969 MODEL CASE ;1150 TRACK LOAD#=R, AND

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE :C:ITY, OF.

SECTION 1.- That „the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized- . ,
to advertise for bids for ~ part to repair a 1969 ,model --Case 1150 track 'loader, said
parts listed. as follows:

Urgent delivery requested and parts shall be f.o.b. 919 Madison
Street, Paducah, Kentucky.. -
SECTION 2. The City Manager shall advertise for sealed bids by a ~ -
notice posted on the bulletin board at City Hall and by inserting notice of the.
request for ,bids in The Paducah Sun to; be published as required by law: AII...
bids shall be : sealed and no bid shall be -received-after the -hour , €ixed ' in the
notice far opening of-same. All bids, received .by the Gity-Manager up to the
time fixed for the .opening of same shall be filed with ahe Board of Commissioners
who may let a contract to the .best responsible bidder, and the Board of Com-
missioners sha l reserve the right to reject any and all bids and the City shall
not become legally obliga#ed to: purchase said parts until the final adoption of ~ '..

SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in -full. force and effect from ,
