A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE KENTUCKY
LAW ENFORCEMENT FOUNDATION PROGRAM FUND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAI3, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. It is hereby declared that the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, will make application for participation in the Kentucky Law
Enforcement Foundation Program Ftznd, (training incentive program and/
or education incentive program) .
SECTION 2. If accepted for participation in the fund, the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, shall comply with KRS 15.410 to 15.510 and all
regulations of the Department of Justice relating thereto .
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
