ORDINANCE NO. 80-3-1874
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a), OF _SECTION 10-59,
PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ORDINANCE
BY INCREASING THE NUMBER OF POSITIONS OF MAINTENANCE MAN NO. 2
AND DECREASING THE POSITIONS OF MAINTENANCE MAN NO. 1
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Stab -section 1 of Section 10-59, Parks and
Recreation Department, of the Civil Service Ordinance be amended by in- _
creasing the number of positions of Maintenance Man No.. 2 and decreasing
the number of positions of Maintenance Man No-. 1, as follows:
Positions Base Hourly. Salary
Maintenance Man No. 1 (1 position) $5.42
Maintenance Man No. 2 (2 positions) 5.31
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Section 10-59, Parks
and Recreation Department of the Civil Service Ordinance of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be reaffirmed and reordained .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
