ORDINANCE NO. 80-2-1861
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AND COVENANT WITH -PADUCAH HOUSING
ASSOCIA"TES FOR LEASE OF CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VICINITY
OF BROADWAY AND SOUTH SIXTH STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk 'be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed' to enter into a Lease and Covenant with Paducah Housing
Associates, for lease of certain city property located in the vicinity of Broadway
and South Sixth Street, -for a term of twenty-five (25) years, and for the con-
sideration of One 'Dollar ' ($1.00) per annum.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid Lease and Covenant is attached hereto and by
reference incorporated herein," and all terms and provisions thereof are approved.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
