A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 3 OF A RESOLUTION ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION MAKING THE CITY CLERK CUSTODIAN OF ALL VOLUMES OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AUTHORIZING
THE DISTRIBUTION OF SAME, AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT AND SALE OF
A LIMITED NUMBER OF SAID CODE, AND FIXING THE PRICE FOR THE SALE OF
THE CODE AND SUPPLEMENTS" , WHICH WAS ADOPTED AUGUST 27, 1968
WHEREAS , the cost of paper and printing have increased dramatically
since the original printing of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, the time involved in ordering binders and the increased cost
of obtaining same have increased since the original adoption of the Code of Ordinances,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of a resolution bearing the title quoted
above, which was passed by the Board of Commissioners on August. 27, 1968, be
amended so that said resolution as amended -and now resolved shall read as follows:
Item - Price Per Copy
Code of Ordinances -bound $50.00
Code of Ordinances - txnbotznd 45.00
Supplementary Service 20.00
Further amendments for prices shall be made by motion of this Board."
SECTION 2. This. resohution amends a resohution adopted by the Board
of Commissioners on August 27, 1968, and last amended by resolution of the Board
of Commissioners adopted by the Board of Commissioners on. May 26, 1970..
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in fitll force and effect from and
after the date." of its adoption .
