ORDINANCE NO. 80-1-1853.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTIONS (a) AND (h) OF SECTION
2-47 "NON CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY DELETING THE WORDS OF EXECUTIVE
SECRETARY AND SUBSTITUTING THEREFOR THE WORDS AMINISTRATIVE CLERK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -sections (a) and (h) of Section 2-47, Non Civil
Service Employees Generally of the Code of Ordinances be, and they are hereby,
amended by deleting therefrom the words Executive Secretary and substituting
therefor the words Administrative Clerk.
SECTION 2. That all other provision of Sub -sections (a) and (h) of
Section 2-47 "Non Civil Service Employees Generally" of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be reaffirmed and reordained .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
