ING THE CITY

ISSUE A
BILL OF
SALE FOR SAID AUTOMOBILE
BE
IT ORDAINED
BY THE
BOARD
OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Mrs. Lilija M.
Murphy, for, the sum of $2,500.00, for the purchase of a 1977 Mercury Marquis; said
automobile being advertised in The Paducah Sun as required by law.
SECTION 2. That the City Manage be, and he is hereby, authorized to
issue a bill of sale for said automobile.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said automobile shall be credited to
Account No. 1114.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
