ORDINANCE NO. 80-1-1847
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTIONS (a) AND (h) OF SECTION 10-61,
"CIVIL -SERVICE" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY BY DELETING THE WORDS OF ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK AND SUB-
STITUTING THEREFOR ' THE WORDS EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That
Sub -sections (a) and (h)
of Section 10-61, Unassigned
positions of the Civil
Service
Ordinance be, and they
are hereby, amended by
deleting therefrom the
words
Administrative Clerk and
substituting therefor the
words Executive Secretary.
SECTION 2." That all other provision of Sub -sections (a) and (h) of
Section 10-61 unassigned positions of the "Civil Service" ordinance of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be reaffirmed and reordained .
SECTION A. This ordinance shall be in full force and' effect -from and
after the date 'of its adoption.
