PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE- = 1.976 SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING - BE --IT" ORDAINED -BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on January 7, 1980, entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT _. OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PRO- PERTY LOCATED ON SOUTH 29TH • STREET BETWEEN ADAMS STREET AND JACKSON STREET", be approved :as the final report of said. Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification -change and -the map amendment proposed in said. resolution be., and.: the same .are .'hereby; declared to be in agree - meet with- the comprehensive plan of the City, of Paducah SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the following- :property- be, and it is hereby -,-,changed- from .M-1', Light -Industry to M-3, High Density -Industrial Zone: Beginning at the- intersection- of the centerline of -i 29th ' Street' -with the centerline of Clint Court; thence in a westerly direction with the center- . -line of -Clint Court a distance of -121 feet to a point; thence in a. north- erly direction a distance of 205 feet to the centerline of Adams Street; thence'in -an easterly direction with the centerline. of Adams Street a distance of 121 feet to the centerline of 29th Street; thence in a souther- ly direction with the centerline of 29th Street a distance of 205 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 4 -.--That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs, and provisions. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
