ORDINANCE NO. 80-1-1835
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AND COVENANT WITH OLD NATIONAL BANK
BUILDING PARTNERSHIP, FOR THE LEASE OF CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE VICINITY OF BROADWAY AND THIRD STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,_ KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the
Mayor
and City Clerk be,
and they
are hereby,
authorized. and directed
to enter
into a
Lease and Covenant
with Old
National Bank
Building Partnership,. for the lease of certain city property located in the vicinity
of Broadway_ .and Third Street, for the term of twenty-five (25) years, and for _ the
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) per annum.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid Lease and Covenant is attached. hereto and by
reference. -incorporated herein., and all terms and provisions thereof .are approved.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall ,be in full. force and effect..from and
after the date of its adoption.
