A RESOLUTION COIVIMENDTNG ROBERT A . COLEMAN FOR HIS SERVICE IN
HIS PRIOR' TERMS AS CTTY COMMISSIOI~TER AND ELECTING ROBERT A . COLEMAN AS
MAYOR PROTEM FROM JANUARY, 7, 1980 THROUGH JANUTARY~ 4, 1982
WHEREAS, Robert A. Coleman has faitYftxlly served the citizens of the
City of Paducah for two full terms as a City Commissioner, and -
- WHEREAS ; Robert A . Coleman has served as Mayor Pr.otem for the City of
Paducah for the years 1978 and 1979, and
-WHEREAS, Robert A. Coleman received the. highest number of votes for
City Commissioner in the election held on November 6, 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF :T~-IE- CITY OF PADUCAH, ?KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Robert A . Coleman be commended for h.s past service
as a member of the Board of. Commissioners of the City of Paducah .
SECTION 2. Be it fixrther resolved"~by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah that Robert A .- Coleman be elected Mayor Pratem of the City of
Paducah for his present term as a Commissioner of the City of Paducah between
January 7, 1980 and January 4, 1982.. -
SECTION 3. This- resohxtion shall. be ri full -force and effect from and
after the date 'of its adoption :
