BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY -OF.

Club, Inc. ) conveyed to the City of Paducah
on September 28, 1978 by Thurman Baker

SECTION 2. Upon the payment of the sum of $820.00 (plus $6.00_ for -
recording fee_ to .be ,.paid. by., the - City-)- to ;the - City- Treasurer,,, the Mayor- and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and -directed to convey_ to Tom Massie and wife,
Shirley A. Massie, in survivorship, all of the right, title and interest of the City

as to title and
shall be subject
