ORDINANCE NO. 78-10-1619
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 'SUB -SECTION (d) OF SECTION 2-21,
"VACATION LEAVE GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH KENTUCKY"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (d) of Section 2-21, "Vacation Leave
Generally" of the Code of' Ordinances' of the City of Paducah be amended and
reordained so that saidsection shall hereafter read 'as follows:
"Section 2-21. Vacation Leave 'Generaliy.
(d) Upon termination of employment; all employees except those
governed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the- City and Firefighters
Local 168, shall be paid for any unused accrued vacation leave not to exceed
forty (40) working days".
SECTION 2. All platoon members of the Paducah Fire Department
shall be governed by Article XI of the current Firefighters' Agreement with the
City of Paducah.-
