ORDINANCE NO. 78-10-1618
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF RIGHT OF WAY BY THE
CITY OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY, TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY FOR
THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That
for
and in consideration of the
sum of $1;175.00, the
City of Paducah, Kentucky,
does
hereby authorize the sale
to the Commonwealth of
Kentucky for the use and benefit of ' the Department of Transportation, a right of
way consisting of Parcel No. 57, containing 5,684 square feet, located 16 feet left
of Park Avenue Station 80+90.12.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor ; be , and he is hereby,- authorized and
directed to enter into a deed of conveyance for the aforesaid purpose.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
one week in the completed form in -which it -shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
