A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REIMBURSEMENT METHOD OF
PAYMENT FOR UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION INSURANCE j"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE b7
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the City. of
Paducah, Kentucky desires to reimburse the Division for Unemployment
Insurance for payments in lieu of contributions, and hereby designates
the Kentucky Municipal League Unemployment Insurance Trust, Suite 201,
Bradley Hall, University of Kentucky, 40506, as our agent until further
notice.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect.,..
from and after the date of its adoption.
