_..BE.. I.T, QRDAINED, BY, THE, BOARD_ OF» COMMISSIONERS .OF THE_ CITY
OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section :,(d) . of Section 2-21, "Vacation.. Leave
Generally" of the Code, : of Ordinances„ of; the : City of _ Paducah, be amended...and
reordained _,so that said section shall- hereafter read_ as follows,:
"Section 2-21. Vacation -Leave Generally.
(d) Upon- regular retirement; or termination, by reason of...full disability
with the City., of. Paducah, _ . all, .employees -except those governed , by the Collective
Bargaining .Agreement between the, City_ and Firefighters Local 168, shall .be paid
for any unused accrued. vacation leave not to _ exceed forty. (40) working days.
SECTION 2. All platoon members .of. -the.. Paducah --Fire , Department : shall_
be governed by, Article - XI of the .current_ -Firefighters' Agreement with the City
of Paducah.
SECTION 3.. .:This ordinance.. shall be,in full force.-, and effect „from and
after its adoption and retroactive to July 3, 1978-.
