ORDINANCE NO. 78-9-1614
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH GARY E. PECK, ARCHITECT, FOR A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $14,750.00
FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES ON THE ADDITION TO THE PADUCAH BOY'S CLUB
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. 'That the City of Paducah accept the proposal of Gary E.
Peck, Architect, for a sum not to, exceed $14,750.00 for architectural services on the
addition to the Paducah Boy's Club, said proposali being in compliance with the pro-
posal letter of Gary E. Peck, dated August 23, 1978.
SECTION 2.
That
the
City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with
Gary
'E.
Peck, Architect,'for the services authorized in
Section 1 above, according to the proposal submitted by Gary E. Peck Architect.
SECTION 3. ' The ' services- authorized above rshall be- charged to -
Community Development Block -Grant Funds. '
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be introduced "and `remain on file for
one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be -put upon
its final passage, arid -if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
