At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Commission Chambers at
City Hall, at 5:00 p.m., July 20, 1999, Mayor Jones presided, and upon call of the roll by
the City Manager, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman,
Paxton, Smith, Wrye and Mayor Jones (5).
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Smith offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Wrye, that the executed
Notices of Called Meeting for 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 20, 1999, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Paxton, Smith, Wrye and
Mayor Jones (5).
THE AGENDA WAS AS FOLLOWS:

• Rental Property Maintenance & Occupancy Inspection Program
