AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH BRANDEIS MACHINERY & SUPPLY CORPORATI,ON
TO REBUILD ..THETRANSMISSION . OF AN -INTERNATIONAL 250-C END LOADER
OWNED BY THE CITY. OF PADUCAH FOR .AN- ESTIMATED PRI,CE OF, $3,125 -15 -
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS „ OF THE..CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:_-
SECTION 1. That the City Manager..b_e, and .he is hereby., authorized .._
and directed to enter into a contract. with .Brandeis Machinery & Supply, Corpora-
tion for the rebuilding and repair of the transmission of an International 250-C
End. Loader (Serial No. 13025) for the estimated- price of $3,120.15, or a total
price not to exceed 60% of the current replacement costs for a similar item.
SECTION 2. The purchase price for said repairs shall be charged to
Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3509.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance
shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for at least
one week in the completed form, upon which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted, shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
