A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION TOR 'FEDERAL ASSISTANCE,
DATED AUGUST 28, 1978, TO: THE DEPARTMENT:OF HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING-THE MAYOR EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT
4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,

KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1 That the a.pplication for federal assistance, dated August 28, 1978,
to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, requesting $2, 970, 000 of_lederal
funds for community development purposes is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute the aforesaid application and to file same-with the Department of Housing and
Urban:Development.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall,be force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
