AN ORDINANCE ArJTHORIZING AND DIRECTING �T' HE MAYOR TO-
EXECUTE A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREtMtNT BY AND BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AND PROFESSIONAL -FIRE FIGHTERS -OF
PADUCAH, IiOCAL-� 168; t I1tTTERNATIONALASSOCIATION OF FIRE FIGHTERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY -
OF •PADUCAH', KENT-UCKY:
'SECTION -1.: -That the .Mayor .be, =:and he is-$ereby, authorized and
directed to execute a collective bargaining agreement by and between= the City
of Paducah, Kentucky and Professional Firefighters of Paducah, Local
International Association of Firefighters.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for one week for public inspection in the completed form, in which it shall be
put upon its final passage, and if adopted, shall be in full force and effect ten
days thereafter.
