" "`That upon the: -recommendation of the Paducah Cable- Com- munications Authority Sdetiori. 72=8_ (d)-• "Method= ..of Computation" of the, Code' of Ordinances of the City of� Paducah, Kentucky is:'hereby amended. arid' reord'ained, s0 that same shall hereinafter read as follows: "72-8 (c) . Method of Computation. Payments due the City under the terms of this chapter shall be computed quarterly, on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 for the preceding quarter and shall be paid on or before the 30th calendar day from each said computation date at the office of the City Treasurer during his regular business hours. The City and the Authority shall be furnished a state- ment with each payment, certified as correct by the franchisee's local managing agent, reflecting the total gross amount of subscriber revenues for the three (3) months covered by the payment. In addition thereto, on or before March 31 of each calendar year, an annual statement for the preceding calendar year, certified as correct by the franchisee and prepared at the franchisee's expense by its certified public accountant, reflecting the total amount of gross subscriber revenues for the preceding calendar year shall be furnished to the City, the Authority, and the City Treasurer". SECTION 2. Upon the recommendation of the Paducah Cable Communications Authority that Chapter 72 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah is hereby amended by the creation of a new section known as Section 72-7 (f) "Underground Cable". Said section shall hereinafter read as follows: "72-7 (f) . Underground Cable. In those areas within the corporate limits of the City where, as a result of subdivision regulations, all utility lines are required to be run underground, the franchisee shall, at no additional charge, place its service lines to each subscribers` residence underground. Any subscriber in any area of the City in which the undergrounding of utilities is not required by sub- division regulation, but whose existing utilities at the time of his subscription are all serviced with underground lines may request, at any time prior to December 31, 1979, that the cable communications lines to his house be placed underground, and the franchisee shall comply with that request provided, however, that in addition to the standard installation charge the subscriber shall be required to pay one-half t1 961 of any portion of the actual cost to franchisee in excess of the sum of Seventy-five dollars -($7-5.
