ORDINANCE NO. 78-8-1602
- T AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH BRANDEIS MACHINERY & SUPPLY CORPORATION
TO REBUILD THE TRANSMISSION OF AN INTERNATIONAL 250-C END LOADER
OWNED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR AN ESTIMATED PRICE OF $3,125.15
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.' That the City'.M'ana er be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed -to" enter into a contract with Brandeis Machinery & Supply Corpora-
tion•" for `the, 'rebuilding and repair zof the "transmissions of an International 250-C
End Loader`(Serial`Nd. 13,'25) for the' estimated price of $3,120.15, or a total
'price not -to exceed • 60 % of
psi' the current replacement costs for a similar item.
SECTION 2. The ' urchase price for said repairs shall be charged to
Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3509.
