_ BE IT ORDAINED_. BY. THE.. BOARD , OF- COMMISSIONER&- OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION .1. That, the, City -of, .Paducah accept- the. -bid of Rudd Construction
Equipment -Company, in the .amount, of --$8,435,.00 for; stale to the-City,.of.a-19.78
Sullair .160 Portable. Air Compressor for.- use. _by the; -Street.. Department,; said, bid
being in substantial, compliance with the. bid.. specifications. and; advertisement t for
bids .as was authorized_ by, _ resolution passed. by the Board of.-Commis.sioner,s on
June 27, 1978, and , as contained, in the bid of Rudd --Construction. Equipment Company,
dated July 10, 19 78. -
SECTION 2. That the , City Manager . be,, and -he is _hereby, authorized
to execute -a-contract with Rudd ,Construction Equipment Company for sale .to the
City .of the _equipment ,authorized in Section 1. above,, according to_ the_. -specifications,
bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore. approved and incorporated in
the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said equipment shall be charged to
Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3414; and shall be f.o.b. Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put
upon its final passage , and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10 )
days thereafter .
