ORDINANCE NO. 78-8-1600
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF GRESHAM & KERR, JOHN
KEELING ASSOCIATES, FOR THE SUM OF $4,000.00, FOR AN ARCHITECTURAL AND
STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF PADUCAH CITY HALL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the proposal of Gresham &
Kerr, John Keeling Associates for an architectural and structural analysis of Paducah
City Hall building, for the sum of $4,000.00, said proposal being in compliance with
the proposal letter of Gresham & Kerr, John Keeling Associates, dated July 7, 1978.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Gresham & Kerr, John Keeling Associates for the analysis
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the proposal submitted by said company
and attached hereto.
SECTION 3. The price for said analysis shall be charged to Federal
Revenue Sharing Account No. 1712.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
