At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held at Seamen's Church Institute,
111 Kentucky Avenue, at 5:00 p.m., July 6, 1999, Mayor Jones presided, and upon call of
the roll by the City Manager, the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Coleman, Paxton, Smith and Mayor Jones (4). Commissioner Wrye arrived approximately
10 minutes late (1).
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith, that the
executed Notices of Called Meeting for 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 6, 1999, be received and
filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Paxton, Smith and
Mayor Jones (4).
The Commission was given a briefing and a tour of the premises being considered for the
proposed Maiden Alley Theatre, adjacent to Seamen's Church Institute.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
