ORDINANCE NO. 78-7-1598
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE THE FOURTH YEAR FUNDING APPROVAL UNDER TITLE I OF THE
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (HUD FORM 7082)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are here-
by, authorized to execute the Fourth Year Funding Approval under Title I of
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (HUD Form 7082) . That
the City agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the "Agreement,
applicable law, regulations and all requirements of HUD, now or hereafter in
effect, pertaining to assistance provided under Title I of the Housing and
Community Development Act of 1974".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
